One of the challenges of living in our dorm style hotel room is that we have a super tiny kitchen- it only has a two burner stove top, toaster, sink and microwave, so it has been a challenge to cook dinners that can be made only on the stove top. Last night we had pork chops, and I was trying to come up with a creative way to use up the leftovers, so I threw a bunch of ingredients into a pot and made the most amazing pulled pork. The liquid I used to cook it in? A bottle of beer. So good!
